It's time for another informative journey on the Putnam Proud Podcast featuring Eric Arena the Superintendent of Putnam County Charter School System. PCSS is located in Eatonton, Georgia (US).
In this episode Mr. Arena is joined by Dr. Christopher Lawton and Ms. Cecile Deen.
Dr. Lawton is the Director of Experiential Learning for Putnam County Charter School System and Ms. Deen is a science teacher and the science department chair at Putnam County High School.
Our focus is learning about an experiential learning opportunity where Putnam County Charter School System students and staff traveled to Sapelo Island, Georgia for an immersion in understanding the ecosystems of this barrier island located on the southeastern coast of Georgia (US).
