Thanks for joining us!
This is Episode 7 of Season 2 of the Putnam Proud Podcast.
In this episode Amaya Banks and Ivy Carnes join Superintendent of PCSS - Eric Arena to talk about being graduates of PCSS and returning to work with PCSS as teachers.
Amaya is a 2018 graduate of PCSS who attended Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia and has returned to teach as a 7th grade science teacher.
Ivy Carnes was the valedictorian of her class in 2004 at PCSS. She attended Georgia State College and University in Milledgeville, Georgia and after a short visit to another school system returned to her alma mater to teach computer science to kindergarten through second grade students.
We talk about their memories, lessons learned, and advice to future graduates. What a cool conversation!
