In this episode of the Putnam Proud Podcast Superintendent Eric Arena talks with teachers - Anna Walker, Jon Deen, and Susan Arrington along with students - Tylor, Hunter, Xochitl, and Taylor about experiential learning in PCSS. The teachers and students share what experiential learning is and then recall learning opportunities. Some of the group attended The National Humanities Conference in Los Angeles, others met Cherokee descendents who told stories of events of the Trail of Tears, and others interviewed local citizens to learn about the past in Putnam County. Powerful learning opportunities for all.
